The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a
place of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a crushed-by
hazard:
On or about 12/08/06, an employee operating a backhoe loader was not
wearing a seat belt,
which exposed him to a crushed-by hazard if it were to tip over.
One feasible and acceptable method for abatement is to instruct the
employees to always wear
a seat belt while operating the equipment.

REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
