On or about 01-24-07, in the plant, an employee operating a Toyota
forklift was observed not
wearing the seat belt.
Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard
is to prohibit employees from operating this type of equipment without
wearing the seat belts.
