T.C.A. 50-3-105(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place
of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
In that employees were exposed to the hazards associated with the storage
of pre-assembled wall
panels that were stored vertically, in an unstable manner where they could
tip over onto
employees.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to store the panels horizontally to prevent them from becoming unstable
and tipping over onto
employees.
