T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of emplo yment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cau se death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to : In that the employer did not ensure that PVC pipe was not used as an airline t o deliver compressed air at 80 pounds per square inch (p.s.i.) to RF welding mac hines. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to corr ect this hazard is to replace the PVC pipe with airlines approved for delivering compressed air. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION REQUIREDTION
