Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable methods to correct the
hazards are: 1) Follow
the operator's manual instructions, specifically on page 05-14 "Operate
Backhoe Safely" where
it indicates "Clear all persons from area of operation and machine
movement." 2) Prohibit
employee from using loader bucket as a work platform/station, and 3)
Provide adequate tools
and equipment as for example scissor lift, aerial lift, and/or others.
