were causing or
likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that
employees were exposed
to:
a)shop area - being caught between the forklift's frame and the ground in
the
event of the vehicle was upset or turned over.  The operator was not
wearing a
seatbelt while operating the Clark forklift truck.
Abatement Note: one feasible and acceptable abatement  method to correct
this hazard
was to install a seatbelt and require the operator to wear the installed
seatbelt while
operating the forklift.
