exposed to a fall
hazard when he was being lowered while standing on the fork of a Skytrak

Among the feasible means of abatement that can be used to correct this are:
Utilize only platforms designed for elevating personnel with forklifts.
Platforms must
meet the requirement set forth in ANSI/ASME B56.6-2002.
