Health Act of North Carolina:  The
employer did not furnish to each of his employees  conditions of
employment and a place of employment free
from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees, in
that employees were exposed to electrical hazards as referenced in the
NEC, 305-6(b):
a)1224 Old Bramble Lane, lot 161-a temporary power pole was observed to
have a 240v
ac outlet with an inoperable GFCI, into which a Rol-Air compressor was
plugged into
and being accessed by Miguel Ayala Framing employees.
A feasible means of abatement is to manually check the 120v and 240v
outlets on the temporary
power pole for a functioning GFCI on a regular basis.
