North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of North Carolina: The employer did not furnish each of his employees conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falls from heights of up to 22 feet: a)site-employee of a sub contractor, working in a locally manufactured platform mounted on a Grade All rough terrain forklift, was not provided with a data plate with the information required in para 8.25.1(l), ASME B56.6-2002f(1) & (2). One feasible means of abatement is to replace the local made platform with a commercial platform conforming to the above reference.

One feasible means of abatement is to replace the local made platform with a commercial platform conforming to the above reference.
