North Carolina General Statute 95-129(1) of the Occupational Safety and
Health Act of North Carolina:  The
employer did not furnish to each of his employees  conditions of
employment and a place of employment free
from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees, in
that employees were exposed to potential asphyxiation:
a)4200 Airport Dr, near the Manufacturing Conference Room  - where the
employer allowed an
electrical contractor to operate an 8 horse power MK-1600 series concrete
saw
with serial
number 662945 to cut a 7L x 1.7W x 0.3D foot trench in the floor of an 11
to 12 foot wide by
18 foot long by 9 foot high conference room inside of the facility while
employees were
performing their normal work.  The concrete saw had a label on the gas
tank that stated
"DANGER Lethal exhaust gases.  Use only in well ventilated areas.  DO NOT
use indoors."
