Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that on or about January 26, 2007, at Station 7, on west College Street, Conway, Arkansas, employees pouring concrete curbing were not wearing high visibility clothing, exposing them the hazards of being struck by vehicular traffic. Among other methods, one feasible and useful method to abate this hazard would be to refer and conform to the "Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices - 2000, (MUTCD), Millennium Edition, Section 6D.02.2, Worker consideration. 0 0 ,y 0 \
