1. Provide operator training to all employees that are required to operate
this
conveyor. Reference ASME/ANSI B20.1 Section 5.12(a) Operation which state:
ONLY TRAINED PERSON SHALL BE PERMITTED TO OPERATE A
CONVEYOR. TRAINING SHALL INCLUDE INSTRUCTION IN OPERATING
UNDER NORMAL CONDITIONS AND EMERGENCY SITUATIONS.
