OSHA opens inspections for many reasons — routine scheduling under a national or local emphasis program, an employee complaint or referral, or a follow-up after a reported injury. furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees

a) Site:
Employees are not protected from the hazard of being struck by loader

loaders that a person is
in within close proximity to the body of the loader. 4) Enforce the work
rule of a buddy system
(Co-worker to signal the loader operator that it is safe to dump the
load).
