materials that fall off
of conveyors including, but not limited to the stacker conveyor. One
feasible and acceptable
means of abatement would be to follow the precepts of the American Society
of Mechanical
Engineers (ASME) B20.1-1996 edition, Section 5.9.2(d), which requires
spill guards, pan guards
or equivalent protection be provided if material may fall off of the
conveyor and endanger
personnel.
