restrained in a forklift in case of tipping and/or roll over:
a)Lumber Yard:  An employee has been operating a Hyster Lift Truck, model:
H80XM, serial:
K005D06012Y, without a seatbelt.  The seatbelt has been missing for a year.
AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO
CORRECT THE HAZARD IS TO WEAR THE SEATBELT AS REFERENCED IN ITSDF
