On or about 3/13/07, at the workplace located at 1564 County Road 474 in
Brownfield, Texas:
Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while operating an ArmLift
mobile elevating work
platform in that:
a) The sub-frame bolts and lift mounting bolts were not checked on a
weekly or periodic basis.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to inspect the vehicle for deficiencies as established by the manufacturer
of the equipment.
Note: Abatement certification and supporting documentation are required
for this item.
