Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee along with the owner of the company were working from a JLG type aerial lift basket without using personal fall arrest systems, which exposed the employee to fall hazards of approximately 15 to 20 feet.
