inoperable.  The forklift was equipped with seatbelts, however the
employees could not use the
restraint device.
AMONG OTHER METHODS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD TO
CORRECT THE HAZARD IS TO WEAR THE SEATBELT AS REFERENCED IN ITSDF
