all-
terrain forklift was used to lift a 30 foot personnel work platform.  The
width of
the platform exceeded ANSI B56.1- 1993 design specifications.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable methods to correct this
hazard is: Use an
approved platform or a platform designed by the Manufacturer in accordance
with the All-
Terrain Forklift operations manual.
