forks attached to
a skid steer and holding a 55-gallon drum to prevent it from tipping as
the skid steer was
driven to the dumping area.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this
hazardous condition would be to provide an attachment to the skid steer
made to prevent the
drum from tipping while being transported and prohibit riders on the skid
steer or its
attachments as per the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Safety
Manual for
Operating and Maintenance Personnel.
