Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to being crushed by a drill rig that was traveling backwards with the mast facing rearward as it traversed up a slope. (a) Location - 45 Stockton Street, Chelsea, MA: On or about 04/09/2007, employees were exposed to crushing injuries when a drill rig was traveling up a slope with the mast situated rearward. Among other methods, feasible means of abatement include (1) Follow the Liebherr operational manual where it states that when traveling up a slope "always position the leader on the slope side"(2) When traveling inclinations, do not rotate the upper carriage.ons,
