Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee was observed working from a pallet attached to the forks of a rough terrain fork lift. The employee was hoisted to a height of approximately 35 to 40 feet and was exposed to a fall hazard. The employee was not using adequate fall protection.ly
