Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that employees
were exposed to the hazard of being struck by a hydraulic vehicle lift:
a) On or about March 30, 2007, the employer failed to ensure that the
safety locking device on
the Rotarty Automotive lift number two, was being utilized.

correct this hazard is

THE RAMDEV CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF
STANDARD OIL X-CHANGE OF GRAYSLAKE WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA
INSPECTION NUMBER 310433636, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED
ON OCTOBER 13, 2006, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT
GRAYSLAKE, IL.
