Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the condition(s) listed below: Cheyenne Drilling Rig 25 / Trinidad 114, Paublo 32-9, Miami, TX. For the period of time up to and including 06/07/07, a stairway near the mud pits was not secured in place. One feasible and acceptable abatement method would be to ensure all stairways are properly secured when installed and prior to use.r
