hazard during tipover:
a)new residential construction site - where the seat belt of the Piggyback
Princeton Delivery
System, #1335, three-wheeled forklift, was routed and fastened behind the
seat of the forklift
during operation.
Abatement note: Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement
method to correct this hazard is
to have operators fasten the installed seat belt when operating equipment.
