employer did not furnish to each of his employees  conditions of
employment and a place of employment free
from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or
serious physical harm to employees, in
that employees were exposed to vehicular traffic:
a)establishment, parking section "Z" entrance -  where an employee was
working from a JLG
aerial lift while being exposed to vehicular traffic without the use of
temporary traffic control
devices such as, but not limited to, cones and signs.
Abatement Note:
One feasible and acceptable abate method, among others, to correct this
hazard is to install high visibility cones
and traffic signs to alter vehicle traffic away from the work area.
