were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to

were exposed to being caught by rotating machine parts:
a)615 W. 131st 5th floor P2P3 area:
On or about May 11, 2007
Employees who were performing pipe threading were exposed to
contacting and being caught by the rotating parts of a Ridgid
Model 300 Pipe Threading Machine which was not provided with
a covered momentary contact control switch. Employee caught by
the unexpected rotating parts may be exposed to serious injury or
death.
ABATEMENT NOTE Among others, a feasible method to
eliminate or to materially reduce this hazard is to provide a
covered foot switch, as required by the manufacturer..
NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION
FOR THIS ITEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.CE
