Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The
employer did not
furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment
which were free from
recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to
employees in that employees were exposed to:
a) 6569-A Roswell Road Sandy Springs, GA on or about October 09, 2007. - An
employee, who was not utilizing fall protection, was exposed to a fall
hazard of
approximately 8 feet while conducting power washing operations from an
elevated bucket
of a Bobcat Turbo 873 skid steer loader.
Among other feasible acceptable means of abatement methods include the use
an aerial
lift, a rough terrain lift with authorized personnel basket, a scaffold
system, or a ladder.
