A.  On or about May 29, 2007, employer knew or should have known that

working on the Rankin Delux 24-C griddle/broiler in the kitchen were
exposed to the hazard
of being burned when attempting to light the gas burners with a fireplace
type lighter due to
the griddle/broiler's lighter tube not being used.  A feasible and useful
means of abatement,
among others, is to use the griddle/broiler's lighter tube.
