a) Alpine Floor Truss Machine - On or about December 11, 2008, Trussmart
Building
Components, LLC, employees were exposed to a crushing and amputation
hazard while working
on or near a Alpine Floor Truss Machine, System 42, Speed Roll.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to follow the manufactures safe operating procedures and install solenoid
switches that meet
manufacture specifications.
