recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that
employees were exposed to the hazard(s) of:
a)At the southwest corner of the production area, on or about September
16, 2009
and at times prior to, employees were exposed to combustion, deflagration,
and
fire hazards resulting from the ignition of combustible wood dust inside
the duct
from a static electric charge.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of abatement is to
ensure the dust
collection ductwork is completely bonded.
