FEASIBLE MEANS OF ABATEMENT:
Among other fesible means of abatement, a feasible and acceptable means of
abatement
is to ensure all employees are provided with reflective vests and have
been instructed to
utilize reflective vests while working within the scrap metal yard where
clients are
delivering scrap metal in privately owned vehicles and employees are
operating heavy
equipment to process scrap metal.
