Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm: For the employees in Shipping and Receiving on or about August 22, 2007; the employer did not repair the damaged overhead door located on the Southwest corner of the Shipping and Receiving Building. Feasible abatement of this hazard would be to have the door appropriately repaired.
