employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or
likely to cause death or serious
physical harm to employees:

Equipment:Genie AWP-30S Aerial Work Platform
Condition:Two of the four outriggers of the aerial work platform were
removed and the lift was
moved while an employee was on the platform, elevated approximately 30
feet above
ground level.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement to
correct this hazard is to develop
and implement a safety program to ensure the safe operation of aerial work
platforms includes employee
training, inspections, and maintenance in accordance with the operator's
manual and ANSI/SIA A92.3-1990
Manually Propelled Elevating Aerial Platforms.
Abatement documentation (photographs, receipts, copies of programs,
training
certification, etc.)
is required for this item.
