Secretary in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.1200 (e)(1) and (e)(4), on or
about
09/21/07.

engaged in
law enforcement duties including, but not limited to, restraining
assailants, are
exposed to blood and bodily fluids.  The employer did not ensure that a
