hazards:
On or about 09/12/2007, an employee was exposed to the hazard of being
struck and crushed
by the load of a powered industrial truck that was being loaded beyond its
capacity.
Among other methods of abatement, one feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard
is to ensure that employees are prohibited to overload forklifts beyond
its rated capacity as
recommended by ANSI/ITSDF B56.6-2005.
