equipment operator was exposed to crushing hazards when transporting sod
without the use of
safety belts.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable methods to correct this
hazard would be to:
(a) Ensure that all powered industrial trucks are equipped with seat belts.
(b) Enforce the use of seat belts whenever a powered industrial truck is
in
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
On or about October 16, 2007, at 161 South State Road 7 in Royal Palm
