Violation disclosed on or about 7/11/07 AMONG OTHERS, ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE ABATEMENT METHOD IS: 1) To follow the instructional manual that states, "to NEVER perform any operation "free hand".ion

Violation disclosed on or about 7/16/07 AMONG OTHERS, ONE FEASIBLE AND REASONABLE ABATEMENT METHOD IS: 1) To use the Grizzly 4 H.P. Dust Collector in accordance with the instructional manual, which states that it's only to be used for wood dust collection only.ction
