being struck
by collapsing steel storage racks, and the material stored on them, while
loading,
unloading and working under overhead storage.
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of abatement would
include all of
the following:
1) Repair or replace all damaged metal storage racks in accordance with the
manufacturer's specifications, and ANSI MH16.2 - 1984(R1996).
2) Develop and implement an effective inspection and maintenance policy
for
all
steel storage racks.
