Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At the construction project of Praderas del Rio, house 289. The employee was remaing the walls molds on the second floor of the house at 9 feet height. He used a stair that was located over wood panels that were unstables to access the working area. Hazard: Stairs displacement. Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to relocate the stair in a stable area. En el proyecto de construccion Praderas del Rio, casa 289. El empleado estaba removiendo los moldes de las paredes en el segundo piso de la casa a 9 pies de altura. Este utilizaba una escalera colocada sobre unos paneles de madera que estaban inestables para llegar al area de trabajo. Riesgo: Desplazamiento de la escalera. Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es relocalizar la escalera en un area estable.
