At the scholar lunch room of Mariano Abril Elemental School; the employees
were
cooking and serving food to the students, washing trays and utensils,
cleaning the tables
and taking food from the warehouse. The area showed cracks on the
warehouse
walls,
in addition pieces of walls and ceiling plastering were loosening from an
area next were
the gas lines pass, located justly were employees cooked.
Hazard: Hit by plastering pieces, structurals damages.
Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable to correct this
hazard is to
repair the structural damages.
En el comedor escolar de la Escuela Mariano Abril Elemental; las empleadas
estaban
cocinando  y sirviendo alimentos a los estudiantes, lavando bandejas y
utensilios de
cocina, limpiando las mesas y sacando alimentos del almacen. El area
presentaba grietas
en las paredes del almacen, ademas pedazos de las paredes y el techo
estaban
desprendiendose del area cercana a donde pasaban las lineas del gas,
ubicada justamente
donde cocinaban las empleadas.
Riesgo: Golpeados por pedazos de empanetado, danos estructurales.
Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
reparar los
danos estructurales.

En el comedor escolar de la Escuela Mariano Abril Elemental; las empleadas
estaban
cocinando y sirviendo alimentos a los estudiantes. El extractor no estaba
trabajando,
produciendo altas temperaturas, sobre los ochenta y cinco grados
"Fahrenheit". La
temperatura estaba entre 86.5 F a 92.5 F.
Riesgo: Calor excesivo.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo de correccion que sea factible y aceptable
para corregir
este riesgo es, reparar el extractor.
