puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At "Municipio de Catano Obras Publicas" in the passive park of the Urb
Vistas del
Morro, an employee had a fall from the roof of a Gazebo at approximately 9
feet of
height when trying to descend without ladder. The employee was performing
painting
works in the roof of the Gazebo of the passive park. The employer did not
provide the
equipment necessary to execute the painting works to prevent risk of fall.
Hazard: Falls.
En el Municipio de Catano Obras Publicas en el parque pasivo de la Urb.
Vistas del
Morro, un empleado tuvo una caida del techo de un Gazebo a aproximadamente
9 pies
de altura cuando trataba de bajarse sin escalera. El empleado estaba
realizando trabajos
de pintura en el techo del Gazebo del parque pasivo. El patrono no proveyo
el equipo
necesario para ejecutar los trabajos de pintura para prevenir riesgo de
caida.
Riesgo: Caidas.

to handle domestic violence in the workplace, as required by the Act for
the
Implementation of a Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence Situations in the
Workplace
or Place of Employment, Act No. 217 of 2006.
Hazard: Fatalities, injuries, and illnesses related to domestic violence
in the workplace.
Method to abate the hazard: Develop a written protocol to handle domestic
violence in
the workplace and provide training to all the employees. Information is
available at the
Women's Advocate Office, A Guide for Employers: Domestic Violence in the
Workplace
and other references provided during the inspection.
En Municipio de Catano Obras Publicas, el patrono no tenia un protocolo
escrito para
manejar situaciones de violencia domestica en el sitio de trabajo, como lo
requiere la Ley
para la Implementacion del Protocolo para Manejar Situaciones de Violencia
Domestica
en el Sitio de Trabajo, Ley num. 217 del 2006.
Riesgo: Fatalidades, lesiones, y enfermedades relacionadas a la violencia
domestica en
el sitio de trabajo.
Metodo de corregir el riesgo: Desarrollar un protocolo escrito para el
manejo de la
violencia domestica en el sitio de trabajo y proveer adiestramiento a
todos los empleados.
