causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban
expuestos
a:
At Jose Santos Alegria School, located in Dorado, the floor of the Science
room in the Southern
Annex Building had shifted and was uneven due to the roots of a tree
located in the school's
yard. The state of the floor caused the teacher to trip while walking in
the classroom.
Hazard: Trips and falls.
Among other correction methods, a feasible and acceptable one would be to
repair the floor
structure.
En la escuela Jose Santos Alegria, localizada en el pueblo de Dorado, se
observaron grietas y
un desnivel en el piso del salon de Ciencia del Edificio Anexo Sur
ocasionado por las raices de
un arbol localizado en el patio del plantel escolar. El estado del piso
provocaba que la maestra
se tropezara mientras caminaba en el salon de clases.
Riesgo: Tropezones y caidas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion uno factible y aceptable para corregir
este riesgo seria reparar

The Departament of Education, Jose Santos Alegria School, did not provide

the employees related to the establishment written protocol for the
handling of domestic
violence in the workplace, as required by the Act for the Implementation
of a Protocol
to Handle Domestic Violence Situations in the Workplace or Place of
Employment, Act
No. 217 of 2006.
Hazard: Fatalities, injuries and illnesses related to domestic violence in
the workplace.
Method to abate the hazard: Employers shall provide training to all the
establishment's
employees related to its written protocol for the handling of domestic
violence in the
workplace.
El Departamento de Educacion, Escuela Jose Santos Alegria, no proveyo
adiestramiento
a sus empleados relacionado al protocolo escrito para el manejo de
situaciones de
violencia domestica en el empleo, segun requerido por la Ley para la
Implementacion de
un Protocolo para el Manejo de Situaciones de Violencia Domestica en el
Lugar de
Trabajo o Lugar de Empleo, Ley num. 217 de 2006.
Riesgo: Fatalidades, lesiones, y enfermedades relacionadas a la violencia
domestica en
el trabajo.
Metodo para corregir este riesgo:  El patrono proveera adiestramiento a
todos los
empleados relacionado a su protocolo escrito para el manejo de situaciones
de violencia
domestica en el lugar de trabajo.a
