Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a) At The Graphics Group Inc, employees did not recived training, related
to the written
protocol for the handling  domestic violence in the workplace which is
required by the Act for
the, Act No. 217 of September 29, 2006.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct
this hazard
is to provide training to all employees related to the written protocol
of domestic violence in the workplace.
Hazard: Fatalities, injuries, and illnesses related to domestic violence
in the workplace.
a) En "The Graphics Group Inc., patrono  no proveyo adiestramiento a los
empleados,
relacionado al protocolo escrito para el manejo de violencia domestica en
el lugar de trabajo que
es requerido por la Ley Num. 217 del 29 de septiembre de 2006.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo de correccion factible y aceptable para
corregir este riesgo
es proveer adiestramiento a todos los empleados relacionado al protocolo
escrito para el manejo
de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo.
Riesgo: Fatalidades, lesiones y enfermedades relacionadas a incidentes de
violencia domestica
en el lugar de trabajo.a
