employer

proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
At DE-Manuel Bou Gali School, the employer did not have a written a
domestic violence
protocol adjusted to workplace to handle its situations as required by the
Act for the
Implemantation of a Protocol to Handle a Domestic Violence Situations in
the Workplace
or Place of Employment, Act No. 217 of 2006.
Hazard: Fatalities, injuries and illnesses related to domestic violence in
the workplace.
Method to abate the hazard: Develope a written protocol to handle a
domestic violence
in the workplace and provide training to the all employees. Information is
avaliableat the
Woman's Advocate Office.
En el DE-Escuela Manuel Bou Gali, el patrono no tenia un protocolo de
violencia
domestica escrito ajustado al lugar de trabajo para manejar estas
situaciones como lo
requiere la ley para la Implementacion de un Protocolo para el Menjo de
Situaciones de
Violencia Domestica en el lugar de Trabajo o Lugar de Empleo, Ley 217 de
2006.
Riesgo: Fatalidades, lesiones y enfermedades relacionadas a la violencia
domestica en el
lugar de trabajo.
Metodo para corregir este riesgo: Desarrollar un protocolo escrito para
manejar
situaciones de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo y proveer
adiestramiento a todos
