projects above the

a)On or about 7/12/07, at the Central Dining Hall at SUNY Alfred, in the
kitchen
area; the 1/2" diameter conduit sticking up out the concrete floor (18
inches), where
employees were framing soffits, was not protected or covered.
One suitable and feasible means of abatement for this hazard, among
others, is to cover
or protect the conduit with devices and/or methods used to protect rebar.
