Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees in that employees were exposed to: (a) Warehouse area: On or about November 24, 2009 and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard from dislodged product, and collapsing uprights and racks. Abatement Note: One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to follow the anchoring requirements in ANSI MH16.2 Section 1.4tion
