Antonio Texas, on or
about July 19, 2007, while removing and baiting a trap located at the peak
of the roof. Among
other abatement methods, feasible and useful, one method of abatement to
correct this hazard
would be to implement the following: 1. Conduct a job hazard analysis to
identify worksites
where employees may be exposed to fall hazards. 2. Take positive measures
to assure that fixed
guardrails, barriers, safety harnesses and lanyards or other means of fall
protection are utilized.
3. Establish clear work rules addressing fall hazards and conduct training
to communicate these
policies, 4. Conduct worksite inspections to enforce compliance.
