were exposed to the hazards of fire:
(a)  On or about 10/07/08 a LPG cylinder connected for use was being
stored inside of
a enclosed doghouse trailer at the oil well located.  One feasible and
acceptable abatement
method among others is to read and follow the manufacture label on the
cylinder.
Ref:  Warning label on the cylinder stated "FOR OUTSIDE USE ONLY, DO NOT
STORE IN
ENCLOSED AREAS".  29CFR1926.153(j) Storage of LPG containers within
buildings is
prohibited.
