On or about September 5, 2007, and at other times prior thereto, at these
warehouses, employees working or walking in the furniture warehouses where
merchandise was stored in racks and in the aisleways were exposed to
physical
injuries due to poor lighting (both provided and maintained).
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the
hazard
is to install and position adequate lamp fixtures, and maintain those in
place, to
provide illumination over back aisleways in accordance with ANSI/IEP RP-7
(1991) - "American National Standard Practice for Industrial Lighting".
